About the role

Team PRIDE is a Domino’s franchise with 22 stores across Pennsylvania. We’re growing fast and adding more locations, creating opportunities for you to grow with us. Our owner started as a delivery driver in 1998 and now leads 22 stores. We offer roles from Customer Service Representative and Pizza Maker to Shift Manager, General Manager, and Operations Manager. The more we expand, the more great people we want on our team.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Pay

• Drivers: $8–$10 per hour (take-home cash and credit card tips daily; average total $15–$25 per hour)
• Customer Service Reps: $12 per hour
• Pizza Makers: $13 per hour
• Opening or Closing Shift Managers: $14 per hour (open availability required)
• Opening or Closing Managers: $15 per hour (open availability required)
• Assistant Manager: $16 per hour (open availability required)
• General Manager in Training: $17 per hour salary (open availability required)
