About the role

Team PRIDE is a growing franchise with 22 stores across Pennsylvania. We offer multiple positions from CSR and Pizza Maker to Shift Manager, General Manager, and Operations Manager. Our owner began as a delivery driver in 1998 and now leads 22 locations. We value integrity, teamwork, and positive energy, operating by five guiding principles to deliver great products and outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations
• Set and maintain high standards for crew performance and policy adherence
• Follow all company policies and procedures consistently and ensure your team does the same

Pay

• Drivers: $8–$10 per hour (plus take-home cash and credit card tips daily; average total $15–$25 per hour)
• Customer Service Reps: $12 per hour
• Pizza Makers: $13 per hour
• Opening or Closing Shift Managers: $14 per hour
• Opening or Closing Managers: $15 per hour (open availability required)
• Assistant Manager: $16 per hour (open availability required)
• General Manager in Training: $17 per hour, salaried (open availability required)
