Team Member

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Baltimore‑Somerset Rd store. This full‑time, overnight position (weekdays and weekends) offers a fast‑paced, fun environment with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register/cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and assist with the food program.
• Maintain store appearance by working in various areas inside and out.
• Provide fast and friendly service while ensuring predictable onsite attendance.
• Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals.
• Generate ideas to solve problems and think quickly to offer suggestions.

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience (sales associate or cashiering preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and have fun.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 lb from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 lb from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms against a force of 20 lb.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hand‑eye coordination; may require climbing a ladder.

Pay

Hiring range: $11.00 to $12.01 per hour.

Schedule

Overnight shifts required, including weekdays and weekends. Full‑time position.
