Team Member
Role Description
The Team Member role is a part-time, on-site position based at Chick-fil-A Far Northeast Philadelphia in Philadelphia, PA. Team Members support daily restaurant operations, including taking guest orders, preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized dining and kitchen area, and delivering courteous, efficient service.
- Operating the register
- Assembling catering orders
- Restocking supplies
- Following food safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
Strong customer service, hospitality, and interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests and coworkers.
Basic food handling and preparation skills, with attention to cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
Ability to follow procedures, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable time management, punctuality, and the capacity to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, team-based setting.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift or move moderate loads as needed.
Previous experience in food service or retail is helpful but not required; training is provided.
