Responsibilities
- Help students reach their full potential through training
- Work in a welcoming and supportive environment
- Give great lessons for all students
- Participate in fun team events, contests, and celebrations
- Work weekends as needed
Requirements
- Positive attitude and enjoys having fun
- Previous swimming experience not required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods
- Ability to work in the water for at least 15 hours per week
- Willingness to work at least one weekend day
- Completion of a background check upon offer
