At Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop, we're looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic team members who love working with people and bringing good energy to every shift.

Responsibilities

- Scoop, serve, and sell Ben & Jerry's ice cream, shakes, and treats - Deliver fast, friendly, and memorable customer service - Operate POS and handle cash accurately - Keep the shop clean, stocked, and organized - Work as part of a team to keep energy high during busy shifts - Follow food safety, cleanliness, and company standards

Requirements

Positive attitude and strong people skills
Reliability and punctuality—show up ready to work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Team-first mindset (leadership interest is a plus, but not required)
