About the role

You will report to the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Restaurant General Manager, or KHM on Duty. Learn your position inside and out and own the guest experience every day.

Responsibilities

• Follow all position-specific training processes listed on Shoulder 2 Shoulder Training
• Always put customer needs first
• Promote positive restaurant culture (Live Life Unboxed!)
• Deliver on Pizza Hut Service Principles: Deliver it Fast, Make Food We Are Proud to Serve, Service with a Smile
• Deliver high customer satisfaction results
• Follow all Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and Processes (Food, Restaurant and Driver Safety, CHAMPS, Brand Standards, FSSC, CORE)
• Complete cleaning duties and side work daily
• Provide excellent customer service on telephone calls
• Clean and wash dishes
• Assist with food preparation and Ready 4 Customer practices
• Adhere to Employee Handbook and Policies (Cash Controls, Anti-Harassment, etc.)
• Maintain professional image and highly ethical conduct as a representative of Tasty Hut, LLC
• Exhibit Tasty Hut, LLC Core Values and work daily to fulfill Mission and Vision
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Passion for customer service (Shoulder 2 Shoulder and Learning Zone courses completed)
• Be a Customer Maniac! – role-specific training required
