About the role
As a Team Manager Field Sales at Essent, you guide a national sales team and set clear goals, structure, and results. You work with data, improve working methods, and help colleagues perform better every day. This directly contributes to growth, customer value, and a strong commercial approach.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the best results by setting clear goals, focus, and progress in guiding your Field Sales team.
- Motivate the team through conducting sales meetings and individual conversations about results, development, and execution.
- Maintain structure and rhythm in work, with reports, quarterly plans, and improvement actions.
- Analyze results and translate data into concrete actions with Sales Coaches and Sales Specialists.
- Strengthen quality and customer value within your own product or market combination.
Requirements
- HBO level in work and thinking plus relevant experience leading 15+ full-time sales teams.
- Experience in driving commercial results, KPIs, and individual performance, especially with solar, battery, and charging solutions (experience with Sollit is a plus).
- Experience in coaching, developmental conversations, and structuring teams partly remote.
- Possession of a Class B driver's license.
- You are based centrally in the Netherlands and have above-average talent for coaching, analyzing, planning, and driving results.

Pay
