Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and profitability targets through our breadth of Office Technology & Services: hardware, software, IT solutions, apps, and professional services & MPS Print services products & innovative XEROX IT solutions tailored for various market segments.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
  • Develop and execute account plans, ensuring a disciplined and effective communication process with clients.
  • Led, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of continuous development and best practice sharing.
  • Implement cutting-edge sales strategies, including opportunity identification, resource allocation, and strategic negotiations.
  • Hire, on-board, and retain top sales talent.
  • Analyze sales KPI’s and performance data to make informed decisions, ensuring the team stays on track to meet business goals.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and implement actionable improvements.
  • Drive business growth and meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular weekly performance reviews, provide coaching and development plans to ensure the team meets expectations.
  • Field ride with each rep 1 full day per week.
  • Sales Team Leadership and Development: Must possess the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team, providing direction and support to help them achieve their targets.
  • Coaching and mentoring the ability to develop team members through training, feedback and support, helping them improve their skills and performance.
  • Problem solving the ability to identify challenges and develop practical solutions to overcome obstacles in the sales process.
  • Negotiating skills strong negotiating abilities to close deals effectively and ensure mutually beneficial agreements with the client.
  • The ability to maintain a positive attitude and motivate the team, even in the face of challenges and setbacks.
  • Communication and Alignment: Strong communication skills are crucial for conveying information clearly, listening to team members, and building relationships with clients.
  • Performance Management and Collaboration: Skills in setting performance matrix, conducting evaluations, providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across the organization and stakeholders to empower high-performance results and strategic growth.
  • Client focused: A passion and deep understanding of client needs and the ability to build strong relationships to enhance clint satisfaction, and loyalty. The ability to develop partnerships to expand our breadth of solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 4-6 years of outstanding sales and marketing achievements, consistently exceeding targets
  • Information Technology Industry experience preferred
  • Previous experience in salespeople management
  • Proven track record of successful sales management experience with a strong foundation in sales and consulting
  • Exceptional business acumen, including enterprise-level acumen, with demonstrated team leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and consistently achieve targets
  • Thrives under pressure and adapts to dynamic environments
  • Proven experience in sales and consulting, emphasizing the ability to drive results
  • Strategic relationship-building skills with a talent for cultivating key decision-maker relationships
  • Outstanding presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of presenting to high-level leadership with impactful business results and strategic action plans
  • Innovative and creative thinking when developing solutions
  • Proficient in technical product knowledge
  • Exceptional technology expertise with competence in technology hardware and services sales
  • Familiarity with financial reporting, CRM tools, data analysis, and business management reporting
  • Strong planning, organizing, and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of print industry competitive solutions and industry digital trends is advantageous
