Team Leader, Public Works - Bentonville, AR OR Fayetteville, AR
What You Will Do
Further develop and mentor members of the Public Works Team
Team performance (production, profitability, quality, staffing, etc.)
Maintain and further develop client relationships throughout the Northwest Arkansas including multiple Cities and Counties
Identify business opportunities and lead the successful pursuit
Directly manage projects and oversee project managers on various projects
Work closely with other Halff leaders and manage resources to successfully workshare across the company on multiple projects
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering PE License in Arkansas, or transferable within 2 months
- 8+ years of experience in utility and public works design
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
- Good technical writing and communication skills
- Experience in project scope development, professional services fee development and staffing projections
- Experience in producing winning project proposals as lead professional/project manager
- Strong ability to train and mentor staff
- Must be proficient in project management, administration, and supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment with multiple offices and various disciplines
- Positive attitude, self-directed
