Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality, productivity, and cost standards in production.
  • Train employees to perform job responsibilities effectively.
  • Support sanitation operations to ensure a clean and food-safe environment.
  • Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Evaluate and communicate with employees for work performance improvement.
  • Participate in safety programs, promoting adherence to safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and GMPs.
  • Knowledge of plant equipment and safety.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a food-processing or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Available for an 2nd shift position.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and employment history.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or other Natural Science degrees preferred.
  • Working knowledge of plant equipment and safety.
  • Ability to distinguish normal/abnormal.
  • Physical demands include regular standing, walking, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of GMPs and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to enforce plant rules and regulations.
  • Experience in a food-processing or manufacturing environment.

Pay

Industry-competitive pay rate or range: $71,410.00 - $107,110.00
