Position Responsibilities
- Maintain quality, productivity, and cost standards in production.
- Train employees to ensure effective job performance.
- Support sanitation operations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Evaluate and communicate with employees for performance improvement.
- Participate in safety programs, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and GMPs.
- Knowledge of plant equipment and safety.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in food-processing or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Available for second shift work.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and employment history.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly talks and hears.
- Frequently stands and walks.
- Sometimes lifts up to 50 pounds.
- Uses hands for fine motor tasks, reaching, and grasping.
- Sees clearly at close range, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjusts focus.
- Exposed to varying temperatures.

Pay Transparency
A reasonable annual estimate of the pay range for this role is $71,410.00 - $107,110.00. The actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including job duties, experience, and location.
