Team Leader / Part-Time

What You’ll Do

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers find solutions for their projects
• Lead and support associates during daily store operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor
• Aid in merchandising, displays, and product stocking
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and restocking
• Train and encourage team members on customer service and store expectations
• Ensure store safety standards are followed
• Assist with opening, closing, and manager-on-duty responsibilities as needed
• Communicate company programs, promotions, and operational updates to associates
• Work as part of a team to achieve store sales and operational goals

What We’re Looking For

• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum of 12 hours weekly with flexibility up to 30 hours
• Weekend availability required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Leadership mindset and willingness to motivate others
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
• Retail experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the workday
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders and stock overhead merchandise
• Bend, kneel, twist, and handle large or awkward items safely
