What You’ll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service and help customers find solutions for their projects
- Lead and support associates during daily store operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor
- Aid in merchandising, displays, and product stocking
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and restocking
- Train and encourage team members on customer service and store expectations
- Ensure store safety standards are followed
- Assist with opening, closing, and manager-on-duty responsibilities as needed
- Communicate company programs, promotions, and operational updates to associates
- Work as part of a team to achieve store sales and operational goals
What We’re Looking For
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum of 12 hours weekly with flexibility up to 30 hours
- Weekend availability required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Leadership mindset and willingness to motivate others
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
- Retail experience preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the workday
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Climb ladders and stock overhead merchandise
- Bend, kneel, twist, and handle large or awkward items safely
