Core Responsibilities

  • Affords assistance to the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team schedules.
  • Effectively supervises Sales Associates during shifts, addressing issues appropriately and in accordance with LEGO policies and procedures, with support from the ASM and SM.
  • Completes orders for store and office supplies in compliance with guidelines and operating budgets.
  • Fulfills money handling procedures for all Sales Associates.
  • Maintains an organized stockroom and merchandises available products on the shop floor, ensuring loss prevention targets are met.
  • Affords assistance to the ASM and SM in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation in line with store guidelines.

Requirements

Affords assistance in ensuring appropriate and effective space management techniques are used.

Affords assistance in maintaining the Store graphics system (including pricing) effectively, focusing on customer service and maximizing profitable sales.

Evaluates and communicates competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop the business further.

Trains Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.

Affords assistance in empowering and developing a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values.

Delivers inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.

Qualifications

Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.

Delivery of employee training.

Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.

Point of sale automated systems.

Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.

Physical specifications: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

Vision abilities: close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Lifting capacity: at least 30 lbs.

Availability: up to 30 hours per week, covering the full week and weekends with a minimum of 4 days.

Pay

Hourly wage range: $23.50 to $24.90 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.

Schedule

Up to 30 hours per week, covering the full week and weekends with a minimum of 4 days.
