Describe a Time When You Led a Team Through a Process Improvement Initiative
In my previous role, I led a team through a process improvement initiative aimed at reducing waste and improving efficiency in our production line. By implementing lean manufacturing principles and conducting regular team meetings, we were able to identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows. This resulted in a 20% reduction in production time and a 15% decrease in material waste. Effective communication was key, ensuring that all team members understood the goals and were aligned with the changes.
