Key Responsibilities
- Staffing & Scheduling: Ensure 24-hour coverage by maintaining adequate staffing levels for the ED Registration area.
- Flexibility & Support: Demonstrate flexibility in managing a 24-hour department by supporting areas during peak times and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Volunteer Coordination: Oversee volunteer utilization, including recruitment, training, and management, to support the ED Registration team.
- Leadership & Supervision: Provide daily supervision, guidance, and support to ED registration staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to departmental standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
