Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm

Pay

$22.00 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential

About the role

Supports, trains, and certifies newly hired LTOs. Operates industrial powered lift truck in a safe and efficient manner. In the absence of the Shift Supervisor, the Lead will act as Supervisor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inventory materials on the work floor and supply workers with materials as needed
• Assist supervisors and management in planning, assigning, and directing work
• Assist LTOs with daily issues
• Assist other Leads and Supervisors with ensuring that policies, procedures, and best practices are being followed
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to successfully complete post-hire assessments
• Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g., OSHA, company, etc.)
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g., protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies
