Pay
Salary is commensurate with education, licensure, and experience: Master’s Degree with Licensure (LPC or LSW): Starting at $64,000-$67,000 annually + paid wellness day every other Friday. Additional compensation available for candidates with advanced clinical licensure (e.g., LCPC, LCSW) or supervisory certifications.

Your Role
The Clinical Team Lead, School-Based, carries the same direct-service role and functions as a Mental Health Professional, School-Based — providing assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention to support students’ emotional and psychological well-being — while also providing clinical supervision and oversight for a team of up to four School-Based Mental Health Professionals.
