School-Based Clinician
Salary: $63,000–$73,000. Based out of Advocates' Peabody Clinic, this role provides trauma-informed outpatient counseling to children and adolescents (ages 3–21) in the school setting.

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, group counseling, psycho-education, individual counseling, treatment planning, and aftercare planning.
- Coordinate treatment and care with other providers as appropriate.
- Serve as liaison between assigned program, state agencies, funding sources, and community referral sources.
- Conduct educational trainings as needed.
- Utilize treatment modalities consistent with program goals and client needs, including play/expressive therapy, group therapy, and family therapy.
- Perform telehealth and mobile counseling.
- Participate in continuing education and in-service training to meet credentialing and privileging requirements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or similar field.
- License-eligible (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
- Current driver’s license, proper auto insurance coverage, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the community.
- Access to personal cell phone.
- Ability to work a flexible Monday–Friday daytime/afternoon schedule.
Spanish or Portuguese language skills preferred.
