Team Lead Paint Line

About the role

The successful candidate will oversee the paint line operations for designated departments and shifts, ensuring compliance with commercial and military paint application principles and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Have a working knowledge of commercial and military paint application principles and requirements
• Maintain work schedules and establish job assignments to the appropriate personnel to meet production goals
• Plan and execute production schedule day to day appropriately
• Coordinate rework or touch up of parts with employees, Quality Associates, and other Team Leads as needed
• Inform maintenance, management, and other Line Leads of malfunctioning equipment or issues with the building
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Has excellent communication skills and can adapt to changes in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
• Provide guidance to new employees and instruct all employees on process changes
