About the role
The Paint Team Lead will be responsible for maintaining order and ensuring everyone in his department is staying on task and getting the work done that is assigned to them while also performing other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Supports all Receiving functions which include timely receiving of incoming shipments, unloading, breaking down, validating counts.
- Ensures proper organization to facilitate easy retrieval.
- Performs visual inspection for damage and defects.
- Keeps detailed records of material transactions.
- Updates inventory systems.
- Safeguards the receiving team completes and carries out these duties effectively and in a timely manner.
- Works closely under the direct supervision of the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of lead/supervision.
- 1+ years in shipping/receiving.
- Forklift experience.
- Must be computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment with accuracy and integrity.
- Able to work in a team environment and interface with a diverse workforce.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk, bend, stoop, or crouch for at least an 8-hour shift.
Qualifications
- Must remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

Pay
Pay range: $24-$26 USD per hour
Schedule
This role will require working long hours and weekends to meet production schedules and company activities (i.e.: recording inventory).
