Duties

• Motivate and manage a team of Sales Associates
• Greet and communicate with customers
• Work the register
• Prepare the store
• Maintain a clean, safe environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure all associates adhere to company policies and procedures
• Train and develop team members
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Manage inventory levels and stock shelves
• Perform cash handling and report discrepancies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
