Duties
- Motivate and manage a team of Sales Associates
- Greet and communicate with customers
- Work the register
- Prepare the store
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
Responsibilities
- Ensure all associates adhere to company policies and procedures
- Train and develop team members
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Manage inventory levels and stock shelves
- Perform cash handling and report discrepancies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
