About the role

RiVidium, Inc. (dba TripleCyber) is seeking a Team Lead/HR Specialist to manage and oversee the USPTO Customer Service Center (CSC), staffed by 4 Call Center Representatives and 6 Compensation and Benefits Specialists. The CSC collaborates with the Compensation and Benefits Division on various HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Processing benefit and payroll forms, time and attendance, leave audits, and benefits-related Personnel Action Requests (PAR)
  • Supporting payroll administration, retirement counseling, OHR Customer Service Center (OHR CSC) administration and oversight, and leave bank and leave transfer
  • Ensuring staff competency and timely completion of work assignments
  • Identifying and handling performance and conduct issues
  • Preparing and analyzing biweekly and monthly status reports, logs, and tracking methods to ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
  • 8 years' management experience in time and attendance, pay and leave administration, benefits, and retirement programs
  • 5 years' experience in payroll and benefits form processing
  • In-depth knowledge of NFC pay systems
  • In-depth knowledge of HR Connect (at least 3 years of experience)
  • Basic knowledge of Leave Share Programs
  • 3 years' experience in call center or help desk administration/oversight
  • 5 years' experience in team management
