Responsibilities
- Supervise and support game team members in daily operations
- Train line employees in efficient game operation and guest service
- Encourage guests to participate and explain game rules
- Handle transactions and prize distribution accurately
- Maintain a fun and energetic atmosphere
- Ensure game areas are clean and well-maintained
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations
- Auxiliary in the setup and breakdown of game booths
- Perform inventory checks and restock supplies as needed
- Requisition stock and supplies as needed
- Auxiliary in weekly physical inventory of all stock items
- Maintain displays and stock levels of assigned location
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Auxiliary in training new team members
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Serve as a communication link between supervisors and game operators
- Enforce all departmental and park policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including minor labor laws
- Auxiliary in team meetings and training sessions
- Provide assistance during special events and peak times
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry and email functions
- Auxiliary in traffic direction and control in the park
- Must be capable of operating a microphone effectively
- Use salesmanship techniques to attract guests to games
- Auxiliary in overseeing use of equipment to prevent interference and settle disagreements
- Clean game booth, keep equipment in good condition, and display prizes
- Explain and demonstrate games to customers, providing equipment such as rings or balls
- Repair and report damaged prizes
Qualifications
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Work at multiple locations for long periods of time
- Ability to handle payment terminals and operate a point-of-sale system (training provided)
- Friendly and engaging demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
