Job Description
Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience and financially successful club.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Aid in member service oversight to ensure all staff provide great customer experience.
- Involvement in all front desk tasks including greeting and conducting tours for potential members.
- Support in resolving member service issues and inquiries.
- Provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
- Oversee cleanliness and appearance of gym.
- Manage marketing efforts ensuring staff awareness and training on current promotions.
- Order supplies, maintain inventory, and track reports as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Physical Demands
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time.
