Team Lead, Facilities

Responsibilities

• Support daily facility operations to maintain a safe, clean, and functional workplace
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and on-site service activities
• Affiliate with office moves, space setups, and small facility projects
• Help execute site upgrades and track project tasks and timelines
• Lead day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, including inbound/outbound shipments
• Cook up deliveries and interact with internal teams and external carriers
• Maintain organized shipping/receiving areas and track materials and inventory
• Identify issues, provide updates, and escalate as needed

Qualifications

• Must-Have Skills & Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in facilities, operations, or logistics
  • Experience coordinating vendors and supporting projects
  • Familiarity with shipping/receiving or warehouse operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Hands-on, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday
• Nice To Have Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in office, lab, or light industrial environments
  • Exposure to handling high-value equipment or materials
  • Basic knowledge of building systems or workplace safety practices
  • Supply chain degree or certification

Pay

USD $82,000.00 - USD $103,000.00 /Yr.
