What You'll Do
- Lead and support Team Members throughout each shift.
- Delegate tasks and monitor progress throughout the shift.
- Communicate priorities clearly and keep the team focused on delivering results.
- Support opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain merchandising, stocking, and presentation standards.
- Aid in weekly inventory transitions, bin flips, and product organization.
- Ensure all departments are operating efficiently and meeting company expectations.
- Monitor store conditions and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
- Assist customers and support your team.
- Create a fun, welcoming shopping experience every day.
- Follow and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and respect.
- Communicate operational concerns and opportunities to store leadership.
Qualifications
- Previous retail leadership, supervisor, key holder, or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and accountable.
- Comfortable lifting merchandise and performing physical retail tasks.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, reach, lift, and move merchandise.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work in a fast-paced, physically active retail environment.
