Team Lead

About the role

The Team Lead at Rack Room Shoes assists in supervising and managing all day-to-day store operations while ensuring 100% compliance with established Company policies and procedures. They provide leadership, guidance, and training to the store staff.

Responsibilities

• Create, establish, and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience.
• Maintain and reinforce current service level standards.
• Provide service training and leadership to staff members.
• Manage customer issues with a sense of urgency and to the satisfaction of our customers.
• Conduct all POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Ensure consistent meeting and exceeding of all established sales, service, and operational objectives.
• Manage payroll control responsibilities, including adherence to policies and procedures regarding scheduling, payroll budget compliance, time & attendance.
• Train and develop direct reports, adhering to policies and procedures related to the utilization of training tools and reinforcement of customer service standards.
• Work towards a comprehensive understanding of managing all day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Managerial and organizational skills.
