Team Lead
About the role
The Team Lead at Rack Room Shoes assists in supervising and managing all day-to-day store operations while ensuring 100% compliance with established Company policies and procedures. They provide leadership, guidance, and training to the store staff, assuming full responsibility for store operations when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
Responsibilities
- Create, establish, and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience.
- Maintain and reinforce current service level standards.
- Provide service training and leadership to staff members.
- Manage customer issues with a sense of urgency and to the satisfaction of our customers.
- Conduct all POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.
- Ensure consistent meeting and exceeding of sales, service, and operational objectives.
- Manage payroll control responsibilities, including scheduling, payrolls, and time & attendance.
- Train and develop direct reports, reinforcing customer service standards.
- Manage loss prevention responsibilities, protecting and controlling all Company assets.
Qualifications

Pay
The pay range for this position is determined based on experience and qualifications, with a starting point at the Mercury Plaza location.
Schedule
