Team Lead

About the role

The Team Lead at Rack Room Shoes is responsible for supervising and managing all day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures. They provide leadership, guidance, and training to the store staff.

Responsibilities

• Create, establish, and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience.
• Maintain and reinforce current service level standards.
• Provide service training and leadership to staff members.
• Manage customer issues with a sense of urgency and to the satisfaction of our customers.
• Conduct all POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Meet and exceed established sales, service, and operational objectives.
• Manage payroll control responsibilities, including scheduling and compliance with policies.
• Train and develop direct reports, adhering to all training and development policies.
• Manage loss prevention responsibilities, protecting and controlling Company assets.

Requirements

• A completed high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory control and POS systems.

Pay
