About the role
The Team Lead at Rack Room Shoes is responsible for supervising and managing all day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures. They provide leadership, guidance, and training to the store staff.
Responsibilities
- Create, establish, and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience.
- Maintain and reinforce current service level standards.
- Provide service training and leadership to staff members.
- Manage customer issues with a sense of urgency and to the satisfaction of our customers.
- Conduct all POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.
- Meet and exceed established sales, service, and operational objectives.
- Manage payroll control responsibilities, including scheduling and compliance with policies.
- Train and develop direct reports, adhering to all training and development policies.
- Manage loss prevention responsibilities, protecting and controlling Company assets.
Requirements
- A completed high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory control and POS systems.

Pay
