Louis Vuitton Tysons Galleria is seeking a motivated & client centric Team Lead to join our team!
As a Team Lead you will be an ambassador of the Brand and will assist the Store Director and Team Managers to mentor and develop the team, build Client relationships, proactively champion the achievement of sales goals and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered.
Job responsibilities
- Expertly identify desired products for our clients based on their individual profiles and market trends in order to maintain and drive our position in the market and drive business results.
Essential duties and responsibilities of a Team Lead include:
- Co-create strategies with the Store Director and Team Managers.
- Strive to deliver all client interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton promise thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the luxury market space.
