Job Responsibilities

• Supporting the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools, establishing a client-centric mindset, and implementing action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
• Acting as a role model in sales, achieving personal goals, supporting team sales, fostering cross-selling, and ensuring Louis Vuitton Promise standards are consistently delivered on the sales floor.
• Providing consistent coaching, identifying development and training needs, offering suggestions for individual action plans, and actively contributing to talent identification and succession planning.
• Serving as the store's primary point of reference to the Corporate Merchandising team, providing valuable feedback on product performance, quality, client insights, and market trends to drive category business.
• Ensuring policies, Brand standards, and grooming guidelines are effectively communicated and implemented, supporting operations in inventory management, and assisting with staff planning.
