About the role
This position is for a Team Lead at Everbrook Academy, located at 250 Mission Boulevard, Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care.
- Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.
- Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
- Be responsible for, or assisting with, the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and your fellow Teachers.
- Create fun, interactive learning experiences to share with the preschool children.
- Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school.
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
Requirements
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
- College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred.
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Pay
$20.65-21.45 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
