Team Lead

About the role

Responsibilities

• Mentor new hires and fellow teachers by creating fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Assist in the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and fellow teachers.
• Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree, or a CDA, preferred.
• Able to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Pay

Compensation range of $17.72-$18.41 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.

Schedule

Monday-Friday work week.
