Team Lead
About the role
As a Services Delivery Team Lead at Kyndryl, you will lead and inspire a team of talented professionals to deliver exceptional end-to-end services. You will facilitate agile practices to optimize workflows, identify and eliminate bottlenecks, and champion high-quality deliverables throughout the technical services lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Guide squads towards delivering services that meet and exceed customer business needs
- Work with Delivery Managers to ensure customer service priorities are met
- Steer squads past technology and process roadblocks using Kyndryl Bridge's unique data insights
- Take the lead in troubleshooting and resolving complex service-related issues
- Engage with client stakeholders, maintain project progress, and provide feedback to foster growth
- Represent the team at user group meetings, leadership gatherings, and client interactions
- Collaborate on interdisciplinary service improvement projects
- Set and achieve challenging yet attainable team targets aligned with business metrics, performance standards, and SLAs
- Leverage cutting-edge data-driven insights and AI services to tackle intricate data management challenges and deliver data modernization and platform management services
Requirements
- Proven experience leading technical teams through incident, problem, and change management, including root cause analysis
- 5+ years of technical resolution and support experience
- Effective communication with both technical and customer stakeholders
- Industry-recognized certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Public/Private Cloud, Mainframe)
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with ITIL-driven service organizations
- Preferred: Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications

Pay and Schedule
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $79,920 to $152,160 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your location and other factors. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted accordingly. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirements. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
- California (San Francisco Bay Area): $95,880 to $182,520
- California (All Other): $87,960 to $167,400
- Colorado: $79,920 to $152,160
- Massachusetts: $79,920 to $167,400
- New York City: $95,880 to $182,520
- Washington: $87,960 to $167,400
- Washington DC: $87,960 to $167,400
Schedule
This position is available on a full-time schedule. Part-time roles will have adjusted compensation.
