Job Purpose
To assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day store operations and store performance in meeting or exceeding budget while operating in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience
- Experience working in the Customer Service Industry
- One year of supervisor experience or 6 months as a Goodwill Team Lead Trainee
Clearances
- Must be able to obtain acceptable results for required background checks, including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check and Department of Human Services- FBI Fingerprints.
Supervision Received
- The Team Lead functions under the direct supervision of the Store Manager.
Supervision Exercised
- The Team Lead Supervisor will supervise store employees.
