Team Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and perform department-specific tasks as needed
- Provide daily guidance and support to department employees
- Monitor production quality and ensure materials and finished goods meet standards
- Cookordination work assignments and shift resources to meet production goals
- Support on-the-job training and ensure timely completion of training checklists
- Communicate issues to supervisors and maintenance, and help resolve problems on the floor
Requirements & Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience, including machine operation
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.)
- Basic computer skills and data entry skills
- Troubleshooting skills and basic hand tools knowledge
- Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing demands
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting
- Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment
- Prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 70 lbs expected

Pay Range
$21.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
