Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper daily operations of the bar including but not limited to product control, guest engagement, health, and hygiene, quality control, etc.
• Establish excellent rapport with Drive Shack's guests and promote prompt, courteous, efficient guest services.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Aid in daily staff formation, as well as training, and ongoing development.
• See that work is carried out in a way that minimizes risks to the health and safety of both employees and guests, as well as ensures compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Facilitate communication between guests, bar staff, supervisors, and managers.
• Respond to all guest requests and concerns.
• Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a good level of stamina and mobility.
• Work schedule varies and will include working on days, nights, holidays, and weekends and requires standing and/or walking for extended periods both indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in high-temperature environments for extended periods of time.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills, and experience working with the staff at all levels.
• Familiarity with safety & sanitation, along with industry best practices.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and downstairs.
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at-a-time without assistance.

Pay

Pay Range: $20 per hour
