Team Lead

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid in training and developing staff.
• Oversee member service to ensure great customer experience.
• Engage in front desk tasks such as answering phone calls, taking info calls, assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Facilitate member service issues and inquiries.
• Support team member management and provide backup to the Club Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain a positive club image.
• Assist in maintaining gym cleanliness and appearance.
• Manage marketing efforts and keep team members informed about promotions.
• Order supplies, manage inventory, and track reports as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Honesty and strong work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Effective communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., but less than 30% of the time.
