• Manage project timelines and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain complex software applications.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
