Responsibilities
- Decision-maker on shift, guiding the team from open to close
- Motivate and support your team during rushes
- Handle cash, deposits, and daily operations accurately
- Provide standout guest service and resolve issues promptly
- Run pre-shift huddles and maintain clear communication
- Train and support new team members
- Ensure the shop meets its standards when the supervisor is unavailable
- Smoothly manage shifts and step up when needed
