Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience.Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Aid in training and developing staff.
- Aid in member service oversight to ensure all staff provide great customer experience.
- Involved in front desk tasks:
- Answering phone calls politely and assisting with questions or concerns.
- Taking info calls.
- Aid in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information.
- Great/meet potential members and provide gym tours.
- Aid in resolving member service issues and questions.
- Aid in team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
- Aid in overseeing gym cleanliness and appearance.
- Aid in managing marketing efforts.
- Support team members and supervisors to increase productivity and prevent misunderstandings or disagreements.

Minimum Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Physical Demands
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
