Job Description
An Assembly Team Lead is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Operational Oversight: Execute comprehensive management of the Assembly Department, integrating people, specialized processes, and strategic planning to meet production targets.
- Safety Leadership: Facilitate daily safety briefings to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain a culture of collective accountability.
- Workflow Coordination: Synchronize the daily deployment of personnel, technical data, and materials to optimize throughput and minimize operational downtime.
- Process Excellence: Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives to refine assembly methodologies and enhance overall departmental efficiency.
- Talent & Team Management: Lead the full lifecycle of personnel development, including talent acquisition, technical training, and objective performance evaluations.
- Strategic Alignment: Translate organizational objectives into actionable daily tasks, ensuring the team remains focused on quality and delivery milestones.
- Adaptive Responsibility: Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management to support evolving business requirements.

Institutional Experience
Prior manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
