Teaching Instructor or Assistant/Associate Teaching Professor
About the role
The Department of Mathematics at Rutgers University-New Brunswick seeks to hire one or more Teaching Instructor, Assistant Teaching Professor, or Associate Teaching Professor positions. These positions are renewable and non-tenure-track, with a teaching load of 4-4 (four undergraduate mathematics courses in each of the fall and spring semesters).
Responsibilities
- Teach four undergraduate mathematics courses per semester.
- Participate in departmental administrative, advising, or other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related field.
- Outstanding evidence of teaching at the undergraduate level.
- At least three years of teaching experience by the start date.
