Description
Work hours are: Monday through Thursday: 6.25 hours (9:00 - 4:00 with unpaid lunch break between morning and afternoon classes) Friday: 5 hours (9:00 - 2:30 with unpaid lunch break after morning class and before prep time).
May occasionally float to other preschool sites as needed.
Effective Date of Employment
Beginning of the 2026-27 school year.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Early Childhood Family Services Program Manager.
- Assist with daily operations and maintenance of preschool facilities.
- Handle correspondence and communicate with parents, staff, and external partners.
- Support the implementation of educational programs and activities.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office software.
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles.

Pay
RAVE Clerical Association - Wage Group V: $22.01 - $24.69 hourly (based on 2026-27 contract).
Schedule
30 hours/week, 10-month calendar.
