Responsibilities
- Assist the teacher with activities designed to address student’s needs as outlined on their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Duties may include preparing classroom materials, direct instruction of students, and custodial care of students.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required; college credits preferred.
- Will be required to obtain NYS Teaching Assistant Certification.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Pay
Compensation Range: $20.00 - $23.60 per hour.
