Description Teacher Location: Wilmington & Dover, Delaware (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000–$55,000/annually Date Posted: August 27, 2026 About The Role Clarvida is seeking aTeacherto support youth referred by the public school system to our alternative school placement. Students are assigned for 45–180 daysand receive skill-based, blended learning within small classroom sizes. Instruction includes hands-on projects, restorative circles, and support with an online curriculum. Teachers are part of a close-knit and supportive school community that helps students build long-term success—many return years later to share their progress. This role is ideal for educators committed to meaningful student impact and collaborative teamwork.
