Essential Job Duties
- Manages the agency's social media presence, including creating and maintaining brand consistency content across all channels
- Ensures content is well written, appropriate for the audience, supports communications goals, and aligns with the agency's mission and core values
- Develops and implements a strategy to promote the agency's brand and build an audience for the agency's social media accounts
- Monitors trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
- Monitors effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns
- Analyzes, reviews, and reports on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
- Develops, manages, and oversees editorial content production with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensures content is reviewed, published, and distributed on schedule and meets accessibility standards and is SEO optimized
- Serves as project manager for Communications-hosted and special projects such as training, conferences, event planning, and video and communication projects; includes serving as lead for Customer Service report and InsurED webinars
- Researches and identifies opportunities to cross promote content
- Serves as lead for TDI's email marketing
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in a field relevant to the assignment is preferred. Requires two years of experience in project management in relevant areas of project assignment. Regular work attendance required. Travel may be required for up to 5% of the time. Education and experience relevant to position requirements may be substituted for one another on a year-for-year basis.
