About the role

This position reports to the Coffield Metal Fab Facility on a daily basis. Travel is limited to day trips with no overnight travel required. Work site visits are expected. Applicant must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Verify financial records, documents, and reports.
• Purchase materials for the facility.

Requirements

• Two years of accounting, clerical accounting, auditing, or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet or database software, word processing, and presentation software.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory and stock control record‑keeping procedures.
• Strong communication skills; able to convey ideas and instructions clearly to staff, administration, and vendors.
• Problem‑solving abilities, including researching and resolving accounting discrepancies.
