TD GARDEN EVENT SECURITY (PT/$18.96/HOUR)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Frequently provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
• Work closely with the Boston Police Department in emergency situations at the event.
• Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unapproved or unlawful entry.
• Check bags to ensure weapons or unauthorized paraphernalia don’t enter the venue.
• Attend training and Event Staff meetings as required.
• Conduct periodic patrols as assigned.
• Carry out other job functions/duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to speak, read, and write English.
• Able to pass a criminal background check & drug screening.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Security knowledge or customer service related skills (1 year).

Qualifications

• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Events include home games for the Celtics and Bruins, concerts, comedic shows, WWE/UFC events, ice shows, graduation ceremonies, and much more.

Schedule

Based on events primarily NIGHTS and WEEKENDS and general time range of 5:00 PM-11:30 PM.

Pay

From $18.96 per hour.
